Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Premium Level Attendant for on-site work at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest services in the premium suites and club seating areas, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for patrons.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, verifying tickets, addressing needs, and maintaining professional standards. Availability for events, including nights and weekends, is required to support a high-profile venue

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age and pass a background check.
Ability to read, write, speak English.
Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
Able to work independently and with a team.
Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to stand for long periods and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

Pre-event suite set up, ensuring suites are clean and inviting.
Guest relations including greeting and directing guests.
Verify all guest tickets and uphold premium seating exclusivity.
Ensure quick, courteous responses to patron issues and needs.
Represent Legends Global in a polite, friendly, professional manner.
Direct customer service complaints to the appropriate manager.
Abide by venue rules, regulations, and procedures.
Available to work events on an ongoing basis including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Maintain a positive image and public relations with patrons and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Premium Seating Manager.
