Legends Global is seeking a Premium Level Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. The role focuses on keeping suites and club level areas clean and welcoming, greeting guests, and ensuring premium seating remains exclusive and well-managed.

The position is non-exempt, part-time, with potential evening and weekend shifts. You will represent Legends Global professionally and provide responsive help to patrons during events.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event suite setup and maintaining clean, inviting suites.
• Greet guests and direct them to seats or facilities.

• Respond promptly to guest issues while remaining professional.
• Represent Legends Global with courteous, friendly service.
• Direct complaints to the manager/supervisor.

Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is consistently ranked as the #1 entertainment venue in the state. Our venue boasts a full calendar of events including concerts, comedy shows, family shows, sporting events, banquets, conventions, trade shows, meetings, and more. With the attached Convention Center and Arena, we are the largest venue between Omaha and Fargo, and from Minneapolis to Denver.

THE ROLE

A Premium Level Attendant provides excellent customer service, maintains organization and cleanliness of suites and club level seats, and assists guests with their needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pre-event suite set up, assuring suites are clean and overall ambiance is pleasing.
• Guest relations activities that include greeting and directing guests.
• Verify all guest tickets, assuring the exclusiveness of the premium level seating.
• Ensure there is an effective and efficient response to patron issues & needs.
• Represent the company in a polite, friendly, and professional manner using excellent customer service skills.
• Direct customer service complaints and inquiries to proper manager/supervisor.
• Abide by facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Will be required to have availability to work events on an ongoing basis including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Maintains the proper image and generates positive public relations with patrons and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Premium Seating Manager.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must be 18 years of age and pass an acceptable background check.

• Ability to work independently, exercising judgement and initiative, and as a member of the team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods; able to walk up and down steep stairs.
