Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and pass a background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event suite set up, ensuring suites are clean and inviting.
• Guest relations including greeting and directing guests.
• Verify all guest tickets and uphold premium seating exclusivity.
• Ensure quick, courteous responses to patron issues and needs.
• Represent Legends Global in a polite, friendly, professional manner.
• Direct customer service complaints to the appropriate manager.
• Abide by venue rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Available to work events on an ongoing basis including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Maintain a positive image and public relations with patrons and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Premium Seating Manager.

Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is consistently ranked as the #1 entertainment venue in the state. Our venue boasts a full calendar of events including concerts, comedy shows, family shows, sporting events, banquets, conventions, trade shows, meetings, and more. THE ROLE

A Premium Level Attendant provides excellent customer service, maintains organization and cleanliness of suites and club level seats, and assists guests with their needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pre-event suite set up, assuring suites are clean and overall ambiance is pleasing.
• Guest relations activities that include greeting and directing guests.
• Verify all guest tickets, assuring the exclusiveness of the premium level seating.
• Ensure there is an effective and efficient response to patron issues & needs.
• Represent the company in a polite, friendly, and professional manner using excellent customer service skills.
• Direct customer service complaints and inquiries to proper manager/supervisor.
• Abide by facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Will be required to have availability to work events on an ongoing basis including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Maintains the proper image and generates positive public relations with patrons and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Premium Seating Manager.
