Extended Stay America, Inc. is hiring a Guest Services Representative (GSR) to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, process payments, and maintain front desk operations. The role requires strong English communication, reliable PMS usage, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient operation of a property management system (PMS).

Responsabilités

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and guest common areas in a clean, organized manner.
• Follow safety and security procedures; adhere to company policies.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
