Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests.

This role emphasizes high-quality customer service, problem solving, and a welcoming demeanor in a team-oriented environment. Primary duties include front office operations, guest services, laundry, cleaning, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Aufgaben

• Front Office Operations: reservations, renewals, check-ins/outs, and front office paperwork approval.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, conduct tours, close sales, and fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: manage laundry, linens and towels, keep laundry area organized.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: perform cleaning tasks and stock supplies across the property.
• Sales & Marketing: assist with in-house guest sales and occupancy initiatives.
• Emergency Procedures: follow safety procedures and ensure security for guests.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
