Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. seeks a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of the property and the first point of contact for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service.
• Hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: reservations, renewals, check-ins/check-outs; review front office reports.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, conduct tours/sales, fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: wash, dry, fold, organize linens and towels; maintain laundry area.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas; stock supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: assist in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives.
• Emergency Procedures: know and follow property emergency procedures and security needs.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
