Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first contact for guests.

The role involves front desk tasks, guest services, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a welcoming environment. Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and strong communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Front Office Operations: Reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins; review reports.
• Guest Services: Meet guest needs, conduct tours, close sales, fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; keep area clean.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; manage supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: Assist in-house guest sales and occupancy initiatives.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property procedures and ensure security for guests.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
