Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative in New Jersey. You will assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per company guidelines. You will also complete front desk paperwork and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Experience in front desk or guest services is preferred.
• Ability to process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Follow safety and security procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest assistance and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and payments per guidelines.
• Assist with front desk daily paperwork and safety procedures.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues using Make it Right.
• Maintain lobby, front desk area, and breakfast display neatly.
