Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process.
• Verify identity of the person picking up a storage buy order to ensure authorization.
• Obtain required customer information for all storage buy pick-ups.
• Process deliveries in the POS system.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers with selections.
• Keep shelves stocked and clean to Floor & Decor brand standards.
