Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a customer-facing associate to greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process. You will handle order pickups, verify identities, and maintain proper records while following company SOPs and safety guidelines.

The role requires strong retail experience, excellent communication, and good computer skills; you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong computer skills and comfort with internet-based tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers and manage the pick-up process.
• Oversee the storage buy pick-up using the company’s car topper program.
• Follow SOPs for phone answering and customer interactions.
• Verify the identity of customers picking up orders.
• Record required customer information for pick-ups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with questions and selections.
• Keep shelves stocked and clean per brand standards.
