Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will manage guest services, hire and train associates, assign work, evaluate performance, and handle financial reporting and revenue controls.

Responsibilities include driving service excellence, recruiting, coaching, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring adherence to Towne Park policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Work Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of Towne Park's safety and security procedures and policy.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of Towne Park's customer service standards.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of Towne Park's billing, reporting and timekeeping procedures.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of Towne Park's client facilities and offerings.
• Knowledge: Understanding of operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in business writing and communications.
• Knowledge: Ability to maintain confidentiality as per Towne Park policies.
• Knowledge: Ability to interact with diverse cultures and audiences.
• Knowledge: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies and manuals.
• Knowledge: Ability to prepare professional communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently across shifts.
• Allocate labor resources to support service delivery and manage staffing needs as required.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring processes to attract qualified associates.
• Oversee orientation, training, and ongoing coaching for new and existing staff.
• Develop client relationships and maintain clear communication with the client and team.
• Drive and monitor business metrics for forecasting, productivity, and service levels.
• Oversee revenue reports, cash drops, and shift reconciliations for accuracy.
• Ensure scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping controls are in place.
