Job summary

Towne Park in the United States is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated location. Responsibilities include managing guest services, hiring and training associates, directing work, and overseeing performance and financial reporting.

You will coordinate with the Account Manager, maintain strong client relations, monitor service standards, and ensure accurate revenue reporting and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Efficiently allocates labor resources to support service delivery and meets productivity goals.
• Active recruitment and hiring of new associates, orientation and coaching.
• Assist Account Manager in setting guidelines and training new staff.
• Develops relationships with client staff and maintains regular communication.
• Understand and drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, and revenue reporting.
