Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking an Associate Manager at a designated location to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction. You will oversee guest services delivery, interview and develop staff, and direct work assignments to meet service levels.

Lead performance, handle customer feedback, and maintain safety and compliance while collaborating with the Account Manager to meet client objectives. A hospitality background and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s safety procedures and client service standards.
• Ability to operate MS Office and POS applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire and train associates and manage performance.
• Develop cohesive relationships with client staff and maintain communication.
• Oversee revenue reporting, timekeeping and shift reporting.
