Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will oversee guest services, hire and train staff, and manage daily operations including financial reporting and customer issue resolution.

You will lead a small team, optimize service delivery, and maintain safety and compliance while aligning with Towne Park’s standards and client expectations across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree.
• Experience in hospitality and guest services is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest/patient services and supervise associates.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and discharge staff as needed.
• Plan, assign and direct work; monitor performance and safety.
