Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee a designated location and ensure high levels of guest, client, and associate satisfaction. You will manage guest services, hire and train staff, and supervise daily operations to uphold service standards.

Key duties include directing shifts, evaluating performance, handling finances and reporting, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with the Account Manager to meet service and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to hire, train and evaluate associates.
• Able to manage shifts and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally across shifts.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of associates.
• Direct labor planning and scheduling to meet service levels.
• Review performance and provide coaching.
