Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will oversee guest services, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and ensure operations align with Towne Park standards.

This role involves hiring and supervising a minimum of two associates, directing work, reporting finances, addressing complaints, and maintaining strong client communications to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience on multiple shifts.
• Ability to train and coach staff effectively.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to manage performance and provide feedback.
• Understanding of labor planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with basic financial/operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the guest service experience is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Sets a positive example for guest relations and may perform valet/bell/door services.
• Allocates labor to support service delivery and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Engages in recruitment and hiring; collects feedback and conducts surveys.
• Coaches and orients new associates; conducts performance appraisals.
• Builds relationships with client staff; maintains regular communication.
• Monitors metrics for forecasting, productivity and revenue; ensures proper reports.
