Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest services, staffing, and training, while managing performance and delivering on revenue reporting.

This role requires leadership in recruitment, coaching, and ensuring adherence to Towne Park standards, with a focus on exceptional service and operational efficiency at the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hospitality experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Towne Park policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage guest services and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Efficiently allocate labor resources to support service delivery and adjust staffing as needed.
• Lead recruitment and hiring processes for location and respond to associate feedback.
• Set guidelines for expectations and provide orientation and training for new hires.
• Develop relationships with client staff and maintain regular communication to exceed client expectations.
• Monitor business metrics and ensure revenue reporting and timekeeping accuracy.
