Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will lead guest services, hire, train, evaluate and discharge associates, plan and direct work, and manage performance and cash/revenue reporting.

The role includes ensuring adherence to safety policies, maintaining labor efficiency, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Towne Park's safety procedures and customer service policies.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to drive manual transmission may be required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently.
• Manage labor resources and staffing levels across shifts.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new associates.
• Coach and develop direct reports; conduct performance appraisals.
