Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Guest Services Manager to supervise Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services/Transportation, ensuring attentive, friendly and efficient service for every guest.

You will maximize room revenue, manage staff performance, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Accounting to maintain smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a focus on service standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive hotel-related experience or a relevant degree with related experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, problems, or complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
• Motivate, coach and discipline Guest Services staff per SOPs.
• Prepare and conduct all Guest Services interviews and follow hiring procedures.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing daily status and rate variance.
• Attend daily/monthly Rooms Merchandizing meetings and participate in MOD coverage.
• Maintain sign-off of Service Standards and payroll accuracy.
