Renaissance Las Vegas, a Highgate Hotels property, seeks a Guest Services Manager to oversee Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services/Transportation, ensuring attentive, friendly, efficient service throughout the guest stay.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing payroll, maximizing revenue and occupancy, and coordinating with Front Office, Reservations and Credit Management to maintain service excellence. Strong leadership and hospitality knowledge are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years progressive experience in hotel Front Office or related field

Aufgaben

• Respond to guest requests, problems, and complaints in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Lead and coach Guest Services staff; schedule and manage payroll and training.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily rate and occupancy analysis.
• Oversee front desk operations, reservations, and client communications.
• Ensure adherence to Highgate Hotel SOPs and service standards.
• Maintain timely reporting and collaboration with Accounting and Housekeeping.
