Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Senior PM- Overnight Front Office Manager to oversee Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services/Transportation, ensuring attentive, efficient service and maximizing room revenue.

The role requires strong customer service, supervisory experience, and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office. You will work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Accounting to maintain high standards and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, problems, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
• Coach and discipline Guest Services staff per SOPs; participate in hiring and training.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and daily revenue/occupancy forecasting with accuracy.
• Operate Front Office systems, ensure billing accuracy and proper cash handling.
• Maintain SOPs and safety/compliance with hotel policies across departments.
