Qualifications

• 2+ years of front office or guest services supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and oversee check-in, ensure accurate guest information and billing details.
• Supervise front office staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Handle guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain lobby, front desk, and related areas to company standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to maximize occupancy and service quality.
• Ensure accurate processing of charges and daily balancing of accounts.
• Oversee check-out process and luggage handling.
• Act as Duty Manager when required and participate in management meetings.
