Qualifications

• Front desk or guest service experience preferred.

• Ability to handle cash transactions and basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms for guests.
• Verify guest credits and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records using the property management system.
• Post charges and balance ledgers for guests.
• Issue room keys and assist bell staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
