Qualifications

• 2+ years of front office supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PMS, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Ability to handle guest issues professionally and promptly.
• Experience with scheduling, training, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations including guest reception and reservations.
• Ensure check-in/check-out procedures are accurate and efficient.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and room billing accuracy.
• Supervise front desk staff and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Act as Duty Manager as required and participate in management meetings.
