Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information when taking room reservations and quote rates.
• Monitor VIP and special guest requests.
• Review Front Office logs and trace files daily.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and related tools.
• Ensure timely logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail.
• Maximize room revenue through Merchandising and up-sell.
• Oversee guest check-in/out to ensure friendliness and efficiency.
• Assist in training and cross-training of staff.
