Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of progressive hotel or related field experience.
• Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software proficiency.
• Flexible to meet managerial requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Respond to guest requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents promptly and courteously.
• Coach and discipline housekeeping staff per SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with training standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and detailed position checklists.
• Inspect rooms daily and coordinate VIP room prep.
• Balance room status and prepare payroll and schedules.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and coordinate with Engineering for work orders.
• Ensure guest privacy and security; communicate across departments.
