Delta Hotels in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide superior guest service during check-in/check-out, answer reservations and calls, and deliver concierge support with gracious professionalism.

You will balance shift transactions, process payments, assist guests with questions, coordinate with other departments, and help ensure memorable stays. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a calm demeanour in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Proven strong background in Guest Relations or Guest Services.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out following established procedures.
• Answer internal and external calls and assist with reservations.
• Maintain daily cash handling and balance shift banks.
• Coordinate guest requests with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B).
• Provide safe, courteous and professional guest interactions at all times.
• Complete shift checklists and maintain needed paperwork and records.
