Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and guest check-in/out using the PMS.
• Lead and train Guest Service Representatives; assist GM with payroll-related tasks.
• Process reservations, charges, taxes, and hotel services accurately.
• Maintain daily front desk logs and complete night audit checklist.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed; manage master keys log.
• Support housekeeping in linen handling and laundry as needed.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
