Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, throughout the stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

You will greet guests, operate Front Desk systems, answer inquiries, log packages and messages, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. This full-time hourly role requires a friendly demeanor and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Maintain PBX console operation and ensure hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours promptly.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
• Be familiar with rates, packages and promotions in the Red Book.
• Balance and prepare shift closing paperwork.
