ZMC Hotels in New Albany, MS is hiring for a fast, fun, and friendly guest services associate. You will check in guests during peak hours, greet with a genuine smile, and help make each stay enjoyable. If you enjoy interacting with people, this is the role for you.

Shifts are 8 hours: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. You will handle guest questions, assist with room inventory, supervise bell staff, and contribute to a positive guest experience with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and knowledgeable about guest service.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
• Team environment with occasional team-leader responsibilities.
• Basic computing ability and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guests are treated efficiently and courteously.
• Address guest concerns and ensure follow up.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure efficient, friendly arrivals and departures.
