Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented requirements for front desk operations.

• Basic computation and computer skills for check-ins, cash handling, and records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are treated efficiently and courteously while applying all standards.
• Address guest concerns and ensure timely follow-up on issues.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory status to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff activities to ensure smooth arrivals and departures and friendly service.
