The role requires strong computer and cash handling skills, a sociable and guest-focused attitude, and the ability to balance multiple tasks during busy periods. Training and benefits are included as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3–12 months of employment in a related guest relation position with the company or similar organization.
• Strong computer and cash handling skills; able to stand for extended periods; friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Effective communication of hotel services to guests and management.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest registration, room assignments, quotes, upsell where appropriate, and collect charges.
• Verify registration details against computer records for accuracy.
• Pre-register, block reservations, and manage same-day or future reservations.
• Balance cash drawers and ensure correct charges/credits posted to folios.
• Resolve guest complaints and assist with inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Manage phone inquiries and provide general information to callers.
