Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are treated efficiently and staff adhere to standards.
• Address guest concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure smooth arrivals, departures and guest interactions.
