Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house coordination, including bellmen and front desk agents, ensuring exceptional guest service at check-in/out and during reservations.

This role requires clear communication, strong organizational skills and the ability to respond promptly to guest needs, with a focus on maximizing guest satisfaction and inventory readiness.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Basic math and computer literacy required.
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays.
• Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-of-house operations for bellmen and front desk agents.
• Provide outstanding guest service during check-in and check-out.
• Assist agents in creating accurate reservations and handling bookings.
• Maintain high attention to detail, urgency and guest accommodation.
• Operate terminal and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Greet guests by name and respond to questions with property knowledge.
• Identify guests with special needs to ensure safety and service quality.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
