The D in Las Vegas is seeking a Hotel Supervisor to coordinate the front of the house daily, guiding bellmen and front desk agents while ensuring smooth check-in/out and accurate reservations. You will address guest needs and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; work shifts include weekends and holidays, with a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy.
• Understand and comply with company rules and policies.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and any shift.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily coordination of front of house, including bellmen and front desk agents.
• Provide outstanding guest service during check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Attend to guest needs and resolve problems to maximize satisfaction.
• Ensure inventory of required services is maintained.
• Operate terminal, manage keys, and maintain a clean work area.
• Identify guests with special needs to protect assets and improve service.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
