Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest account settlements, and balance maintenance.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Bell Service, and other departments, schedule staff, and assist the Hotel Manager with budgeting and occupancy forecasting to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Hotel/Front Desk experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Prior management experience in Hotel Operations/Front Desk preferred.
• Knowledge of AS-400 and LMS operating systems is required.
• Must be comfortable working with large databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Hotel Front Desk, including check-in/check-out and guest account settlements.
• Maintain and integrate communication between Front Desk and Hotel operations departments.
• Monitor and evaluate Team Members to ensure productivity and policy adherence.
• Schedule staff according to daily arrival and departure volume.
• Assist Hotel Manager with budgeting and forecasting focused on occupancy and revenue generation.
• Maintain supply stock ordering and proper records of staff adherence and counseling actions.
