Circa Las Vegas is seeking a hotel operations supervisor to support the Hotel Manager and Hotel Director. The role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, coordinating with departments, and maintaining efficient front desk and hotel processes.

You will engage with guests and staff, ensuring timely follow-through on assigned projects and company standards. The position requires strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and experience in hotel operations.

Formación

• Requires good communication in English, both written and oral.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with AS400 is a plus; ability to train and guide staff.

Responsabilidades

• Counsels, guides, trains and instructs all hotel employees.
• Coordinates with sales/marketing to maximize room occupancy.
• Manages daily hotel operations including staff scheduling.
• Maintains department procedures and ensures proper scheduling for peak hours.
• Oversees front desk system and coordinates necessary modifications.
• Communicates daily updates through a staff newsletter.
• Handles complaints from employees and guests promptly.
• Assists Hotel Manager with operating forecasts and reports.
