Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleaning operations and guest service throughout the hotel. You will ensure cleanliness standards, train staff, and coordinate shifts to maintain smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory housekeeping experience, strong communication, and computer literacy. This is an on-site position at Circa Las Vegas with potential for weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

Excellent communication with Guests and Team Members.
Basic math skills and ability to use a computer.

Responsibilities

Maintain and promote Company Service Standards at all times.
Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management across departments.
Answer Guest questions reflecting knowledge of the department and property.
Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
Train Housekeeping Associates on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Schedule shifts and arrange replacements for absences.
Respond to Guest concerns and accommodate special requests.
Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
