Job summary

InTown Suites Riverview, FL is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests courteously and professionally at the front desk when the General Manager is unavailable.

You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, cash handling, reports, and coordinate with property staff to ensure safety and cleanliness. Candidates should have valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and strong written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a functioning vehicle.
• Able to read and interpret reports and internal hotel information.
• English language proficiency for interactions with guests and staff.
• Strong math skills to calculate revenue, occupancy, and cash handling.
• General computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations and service standards.
• Ability to perform a variety of front office positions as needed.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations correctly and courteously.
• Check guests in and out professionally and efficiently.
• Operate computer systems and assist guests with requests.
• Notify GM of any guest, employee, or cash concerns immediately.
• Provide guidance to property staff as needed.
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed.
• Assist with bank deposits in GM’s absence.
• Handle life/safety and inspection issues as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly desk and office areas.
• Travel to other properties and to the bank as required.
