Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
• Answer inquiries and manage hotel reservations with accuracy.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk logs and handle billing with accuracy.
