You will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance, upsell room nights, manage billing and ensure privacy and security procedures are followed. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred, with Microsoft 365 proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and efficient manner; handle inquiries, check-in/out, and reservations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Answer inquiries and process reservations and billing with accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure billing is correctly updated, process cash transactions and manage guest payments.
