Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle inquiries, process check-ins/outs, and reserve rooms. The role supports guest needs, resolves issues, and collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, familiarity with the hospitality industry, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. A high school diploma or GED is required. This is an on-site role at our Dallas, TX location.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, cheerful demeanor.
• Answer guest inquiries accurately and take reservations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Assist guests with billing and payments where required.
• Attend meetings as needed.
