Raines Co. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check in/out, and handle reservations with courteous, efficient service. The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor and attention to guest needs across all front desk tasks.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, familiarity with hospitality settings, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. A high school diploma or GED is required, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Checks in and checks out guests and handles reservations.
• Maintains a friendly, professional demeanor and answers inquiries.
• Uses upselling techniques to increase room nights and occupancy.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments as needed.
• Ensures accurate billing and cash handling for front desk operations.
• Responds to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
