Raines Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver exceptional guest service, handle inquiries and reservations, and support smooth hotel operations. The role emphasizes a welcoming demeanor, problem-solving, and collaboration with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities include breakfast preparation, billing coordination, and assisting during peak periods. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential to create a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Experience in forward-facing roles is beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software.

Responsabilités

• Ensure outstanding customer service at all times.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, courteous demeanor.
• Accurately answer inquiries and accept hotel reservations.
• Resolve guest problems and complaints efficiently with urgency.
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations and guest concerns.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure service.
• Prepare breakfast per Brand/Hotel standards.
• Clean common areas as needed.
• Report technical issues to maintenance.
• Inventory breakfast items and communicate needs to management.
• Receive deliveries and verify paperwork.
• Ensure calls and wake-up calls are handled promptly.
• Cross-check billing instructions and ensure proper billing.
• Complete cash transactions and manage personal bank.
• Assist departments during high volume periods.
• Attend meetings as required.
