Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and answer phones.
• Check guests in and out and collect payment.
• Process reservations and registrations.
• Maintain front desk area and daily paperwork.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues.
• Upsell and convert inquiries into reservations.
