Job summary

Extended Stay America in Florida is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and process payments with accuracy and adherence to company guidelines. You will answer phones, assist with reservations, and ensure a smooth front desk operation.

You will also maintain front desk cleanliness, support breakfast operations, and participate in cross-training with housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in front desk/guest services preferred.
• Ability to process reservations, check-ins/outs, and payments.
• Ability to maintain accurate cash handling and city ledger records.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
• Answer phones, assist guests, and resolve issues using Make it Right process.
• Handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Manage cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts accurately.
• Assist with breakfast setup and maintain a clean/front desk area.
• Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed; support other tasks.
• Adhere to safety policies and report issues promptly.
