Job summary

Extended Stay America in Florida is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with company standards and procedures, ensuring a top guest experience. The role includes maintaining carts and laundry areas, restocking supplies, and reporting issues to the front desk and management.

Responsibilities also cover assisting guests with reasonable accommodations when possible, following safety policies, and completing required company training to uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard while in use.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Report all maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Report any remaining guest property in a check-out room to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assist guests with reasonable accommodations when possible and practical.
• Comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Complete Extended Stay University training.
