Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, and collect payments in a fast-paced environment. You will process reservations, manage guest inquiries, and maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.

The role emphasizes guest service, accuracy in cash handling, and adherence to safety and security procedures while supporting breakfast setup and daily operations across the property.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology and ability to perform audit functions when necessary.
• Understand and comply with safety rules and operating instructions; complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment per guidelines.
• Process reservations and registrations; manage payments and departures.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and guest common areas to company standards.
• Sell the value of ESA and convert inquiries to reservations.
• Handle cash, credit card and city ledger balances; perform daily cash management.
