Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Front Desk Clerk at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. This full-time or part-time role requires a friendly, outgoing, customer-service oriented approach to greet guests and make a great first impression.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone; previous customer service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure from guests and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperwork.
• Resolve small guest issues immediately, delivering items to guests as needed.
• Monitor and balance daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts.
