Job summary

Sheraton Nashua, managed by Delaware North Gaming, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Supervisor in Nashua, NH. Responsibilities include overseeing front desk operations and delivering exceptional guest service, with night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The role requires at least 2 years in hospitality, supervisory experience preferred, and fluency in English. MS Office skills and familiarity with property management systems are desirable. Benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, front desk experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; some experience with property management systems preferred.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise front desk team to meet quality standards and deadlines; evaluate performance.
• Guide staff in resolving escalated guest issues.
• Implement policies and service standards with management.
• Prepare and issue work schedules and assign duties for office/administrative staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping.
